100 Anniversary of Birth - Shree Sadguru Digambardas Maharaj
This year is the 100th birth anniversary of Shree Digambardas Maharaj. An entire year of spiritual celebration has been planned as a tribute to this Perfect Master. Several interviews with devotees who have had an opportunity to interact closely with Shree Maharaj have been planned this year. Shree Vikas Walawalkar Saheb, Shree Sudhakar Jadhav, Shree Balasaheb Kajrekar and few others are amoung those fortunate ones who have had been very closely associated with Shree Maharaj over the last few decades. Interviews with these individuals are not only interesting but give others a means to understand the various dimensions of Shree Maharaj's day to day life and the higher way of thnking. Specific instances of spiritual advice given to these individuals are timeless treasures since the same can help the lives of all those others who listen in to these interviews.
As part of the year long celebrations, the temple has arranged 10,000 parayans of the Sangshipta Sadguru Charitra, reciting of RigVedas by the foremost authorities in that field, several spiritual discourses by noted personalities and Kirtans by the topmost authorities. All these programs have been arranged for the benefit of all the devotees who come to the temple for blessings.
As and when the recordings of the various programs become available we will upload the same for all our devotees who could not be present in the temple due to various circumstances.
From a small tiny village of P O M E N D I rose the lion of spiritual authority. Let us first take a short tour of this 'pawan' village where an Avatar took birth to uplift the masses.
